The books are called the Kumon Workbooks. It introduces learning concepts in an incremental, step-by-step approach, allowing children to master new skills easily and without anxiety or frustration. As a result, children gain confidence in their abilities and are motivated to learn on their own.

They have a lot of fun doing them and they get so proud of themselves when they finish. I love seeing them have that confidence. I also got them ones on learning to cut paper. These will help them with their dexterity and hand control as well.
that looks awesome! looks like in addition to giving them good learning and fun... looks like it keeps them busy for a good while too. and that confidence and patience they're working on will really pay off later when they're in school. great way for them to learn to enjoy learning before school has a chance to wreck that.
ReplyDeleteYeah, they really have fun doing these. They ask to do them. The books do make it fun to learn. Rowen could probably do the whole book in one sitting, but the whole thing is you want them to stop while they are still enjoying to learn and not getting frustrated.
